10K, half Marathon, and Marathon Clinics- Includes a schedule for your training based upon the date of your desired race. 

Trail Running- Want to get off the beaten path? Want to avoid hard surfaces for a joint issue?  Trail running may be the option for you.  This is Cindy's passion, she has run 10K races, been part of teams for 125K and 150K 24 hour races, and ran 200K+ staged races.  Let Cindy train you on how to run trails, including ascent, descent, nutrition, and pole use.
